This is what love looks like.

Ingredients | 55g unsalted butter, 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour, 3oz dark chocolate (I used 70%), 1 whole egg, 1 egg yolk, 1/5 cup sugar, icing sugar

Butter and lightly flour a ramekin.

Combine butter and dark chocolate in a bowl and melt the mixture using the double boiler method.

In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, yolk, and sugar until light and thick.

Add the egg & sugar mixture to the chocolate and beat to combine.

Add the flour until just combined and then pour it into the prepared ramekin.  Preheat oven to 450F and bake until the sides are set, but the center remains soft.  It should be between 6 - 9 minutes depending on your oven.

Gently invert the ramekin onto a plate and the cake should easily fall off.  For the final touch, you can dust the top with a bit of icing sugar.

Look at the chocolatey goodness oozing out!  I think I've reached my limit.  It'll be a while until I indulge in something like this again.=)
